Editing
Editing Services are a combination of Stylist and Developmental editing.
Stylist Editing - focuses on the overall clarity, style, and flow of your writing. Attention is paid to word choice, punctuation, redundancies, and wordiness. The transitions between paragraphs and sections will be reviewed. Suggestions will be made to add additional citations and/or material to strengthen concepts. Stylist editing provides feedback on sentence and paragraph structures to minimize errors.
Developmental Editing - focuses on addressing the organization and structure of the overall arguments and ideas in your writing. Weak or unsupported ideas will be noted, as well as, study concepts that are not adequately developed. Suggestions will be made to develop and improve sections. Additionally, irrelevant material will be noted for possible deletion. Developmental editing provides critical big-picture feedback on your writing to ensure that you are clear, consistent, and academic in your writing.
